Services

Everything between a Kenyan qualification and a European job.

Five connected service lines, run by one team, so nothing falls between the cracks.

01

Recruitment & verification

We start with real vacancies agreed with European employers, then find the right people through Kenyan TVET institutions and colleges, professional associations and our candidate database.

  • Vacancy profiling with the employer
  • Candidate screening and pathway routing
  • Certificate authenticity checks at the issuing institution
  • Employment reference verification
  • Practical skills assessments with partner TVET workshops
  • Interview preparation and verified shortlists
02

Language academy

German from zero to B1 (and B2 where required), in Nairobi and online, with certified exams through Goethe or telc partners. Serves both skilled workers bound for Germany and Ausbildung candidates.

Language training is a separate, optional paid service with published prices — never a condition hidden inside a placement.

  • Structured A1 → A2 → B1 cohorts (typically 9–12 months)
  • Blended classroom and online learning
  • Mock exams and progress tracking
  • Workplace vocabulary for care, trades and hospitality
  • Installment pricing; employer sponsorship for some roles
03

Recognition (Anerkennung) management

For Germany, many professions — especially nursing — need official recognition of the foreign qualification. We manage the process end to end, so candidates and employers aren’t left chasing paperwork.

  • Document checklists per profession and authority
  • Certified translations and credential evaluation coordination
  • Application filing and authority correspondence
  • Status tracking and timelines for each candidate
  • Recognition-partnership route: start work while completing recognition
  • Ireland/Malta: professional registration support where required
04

Visa & relocation

Complete, carefully checked visa files and practical travel preparation. We never sell visa guarantees — decisions rest with the authorities — but we make sure every file is accurate and complete.

  • Visa-file preparation and quality checks
  • Employment and training contract coordination
  • CVs, translations and insurance documentation
  • Pre-departure orientation: work culture, rights, daily life
  • Travel coordination
05

Settlement support

Arrival is the beginning, not the end. We support new arrivals and their employers through the first six months — the period that matters most for a successful, lasting placement.

  • Arrival support and local registration
  • Accommodation coordination
  • Regular check-ins with candidate and employer
  • Early issue resolution and employer liaison
  • Replacement guarantee within the retention window (for employers)
