About us

Talent moves careers. Trust moves talent.

Financially Fit World is a Kenya-based international recruitment company connecting Kenyans with vocational qualifications to employers in Europe.

Our mission

Help skilled Kenyans build financially secure careers — fairly.

Kenya has a deep pool of trained, experienced people: nurses, care workers, electricians, mechanics, welders, chefs, drivers and technicians. Europe has a structural shortage of exactly these skills. Our job is to connect the two honestly, carefully and at scale.

We run two pathways under one brand. Skilled-worker placement is our main business: placing qualified Kenyans into jobs in Germany, Ireland, Malta and beyond. Ausbildung placement is our additional pathway, helping motivated young Kenyans enter paid vocational training in Germany. Candidates apply once and are routed to the pathway that fits — no one is simply turned away.

What we stand for

  • Honesty — real vacancies, realistic timelines, no false promises
  • Fairness — employers pay for placement, never candidates
  • Rigour — every qualification verified at source
  • Care — support that continues after arrival
Ethical recruitment commitment

The rules we hold ourselves to

The recruitment sector has a trust problem. Too many candidates have paid for jobs that never existed. These commitments are how we earn trust — and they are built into how we make money.

  • We only recruit for vacancies agreed in writing with real employers.
  • We publish our prices for optional candidate services, such as language training and translations.
  • Every candidate service comes with a written contract.
  • We never sell or promise visa guarantees.
  • We follow the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.
  • We work towards Germany’s fair-recruitment standard for healthcare.
  • We protect personal data under Kenyan data-protection law and the EU GDPR.
The Kenya–Germany opportunity

Two governments, one shared corridor

In September 2024, Kenya and Germany signed a Comprehensive Migration and Mobility Partnership. In September 2026 a memorandum of understanding put it into practice, built around three pillars:

  1. Structured recruitment channels

Legal, transparent routes for Kenyan workers to German employers.

  2. Faster qualification recognition

Smoother recognition of Kenyan qualifications — the biggest hurdle for skilled workers.

  3. German-language training

Expanded language preparation so candidates arrive ready to work.

Why this matters

These three pillars are exactly what Financially Fit World does every day: recruit through structured channels, manage recognition, and train candidates in German.

Germany’s Skilled Immigration Act offers clear routes — work visas for qualified professionals, a recognition partnership that lets people work while their qualification is recognised, and visas for vocational trainees. Meanwhile Ireland and Malta continue to recruit healthcare, care and hospitality staff through standard work permits.

Where we recruit

We partner with Kenyan TVET institutions and colleges, professional networks and associations to reach qualified candidates across the country — and to run practical skills assessments.
